Job Title: Bim Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team in a key role, working on integrated infrastructure and urban development projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with project requirements and industry standards.

  • Coordinate design models with other disciplines to ensure accuracy, clash-free design, and compliance with BIM standards and level of detail.
  • Review and manage data exchange of models to ensure completeness and quality.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions, tracking and driving issue resolution.
  • Support submission of BIM models and drawings to regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain communication with design consultants and construction teams to ensure model-site alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination or model management.
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of BIM/VDC/IDD concepts; certification is an advantage.
