Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior BIM Project Lead to oversee the development and implementation of BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across multiple projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing BIM models from design to construction and as-built documentation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit and CAD software.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with project managers, engineers, site teams, and external consultants to provide technical guidance and support.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices and software tools.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new technologies or digital construction solutions to enhance efficiency and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, BIM, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–12 years of experience in BIM coordination for MEP projects (senior / assistant manager level).
  • Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
  • Hands-on experience in MEP design, drafting, and coordination for commercial, healthcare, or large-scale projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and lead coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, project workflows, and MEP systems is essential.
