Job Title

The Senior BIM Manager will lead complex projects that focus on Building Information Modeling, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

  • Manage multiple BIM-focused projects simultaneously and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
  • Create and implement effective BIM Execution Plans to maintain project consistency and quality.
  • Integrate BIM into various digital platforms such as Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
  • Generate clash reports and facilitate collaboration among clients and consultants through regular BIM coordination meetings.
  • Oversee the coordination of multidisciplinary teams, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to models and projects efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the BIM team, enhancing their performance and skills.
  • Offer expertise to architects on implementing suitable BIM strategies and technologies.
  • Plan and manage the delivery aspects of projects effectively, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM management.
  • Proficiency in Singapore BIM Standards and industry best practices.
  • A strong commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in BIM and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM processes, tools, and technologies.
  • An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of successful team management.
