Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Coordinator to lead our building information modeling efforts.

  • Develop and coordinate accurate 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize Revit/AutoCAD to create detailed drawings and models for ACMV systems, focusing on technical precision and consistency.
  • Conduct comprehensive clash detection and issue resolution using advanced BIM tools, maintaining high-quality model integrity.
  • Prepare and manage technical submissions, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for ACMV works, emphasizing clarity and organization.
  • Support the implementation of digital workflows, integrating BIM models into project management systems, and contribute to workflow optimization through model integration and automation techniques.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM/Revit, preferably in ACMV or MEP projects, with a strong understanding of multidisciplinary design and construction principles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM MEP) software, as well as familiarity with Singapore BIM Guidelines and local building codes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
