The Wealth Control Team is looking for a skilled Business Risk Operations Specialist to manage complex disciplinary areas, fostering a culture of control, customer centricity, and accountability. This role supports investment and insurance sales conduct monitoring through Mystery Shopping and Customer Surveys, along with other activities such as records management and audit support.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, analyze results, and present findings. Building trusted relationships with business leaders, process owners, control colleagues, and second- and third-line partners is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with mystery shopping vendors and ensure sampling coverage of sales staff.
  • Assess mystery shopping results, including call reviews and documentation evaluations.
  • Facilitate updates with Legal and Compliance on significant findings.
  • Work with ICRM, Legal, HR, and the business on regulatory misconduct reporting or disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare Sales Practice Reporting updates and governance decks.
  • Respond to ABS queries regarding mystery shopping results.
  • Conduct refresher training on mystery shopping learnings for sales staff.
  • Support outsourcing activities related to mystery shopping vendors.
  • Ensure conduct of customer surveys under MAS BSC regulations, including tracking and follow-up.
  • Assist the Wealth Control team with audit coordination and records management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and project management skills, excellent communication skills in English, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
