We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our onboarding policies and practices align with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate merchants to assess their suitability to process payments through Stripe
- Identify trends and report these findings to cross-functional teams to enhance detection systems
- Lead initiatives to optimize review processes, policies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Contribute to building and scaling processes across the risk operations ecosystem
- Minimum 3 years of experience in either risk assessments and operations or driving scale in a high-risk environment
- Comfortable working independently under pressure and navigating ambiguity
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders
