**Business Risk Specialist - 6 Months Contract - Singapore**

We are looking for a meticulous and independent **Business Monitoring Analyst**to join our Private Banking Compliance team on a 6-month contract. This role focuses on **front office conduct monitoring**, **voice log reviews**, and **post-trade surveillance**to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal policy requirements. You’ll work closely with the Business Monitoring team and support various control reviews to mitigate conduct and operational risk.

Salary Range from $6000 - $10,000

**Key Responsibilities**
- Risk-Based Reviews:

- Conduct thematic and targeted reviews on client suitability, sales and dealing practices, pricing, and staff conduct.
- Independent Validation Activities:

- Payments processing
- Dormant accounts
- Client data handling
- Bespoke client statement issuance
- Expired/pending documentation rectification
- Suppression of physical mail
- Returned mail handling
- Policies, Procedures & Control Frameworks:

- Support the review and implementation of appropriate business monitoring frameworks.
- Represent Front Office in control
- and compliance-related initiatives or projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in **private banking**, **wealth management**, or **front office controls**.
- Strong hands-on experience in **voice log/call review**, **post-trade monitoring**, and **suitability/conduct surveillance**.
- Good knowledge of MAS and/or other APAC regulatory requirements.
- Strong report writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
