**Job Title:** Supervisor
Loca Niru is a French-Japanese fusion restaurant that embodies the harmonious fusion of nature, creativity, and the artistry of both Japanese and French culinary techniques. We are looking for a skilled Supervisor to join our team.
Job Description:The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company standards. This includes coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house operations, conducting daily roll-call with the service team, and providing excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Preferable degree or certificate in Restaurant Management and Operations
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in Fine Dining
- Strong knowledge in food (relevant cuisine) and beverage
- Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal abilities
