Job Title: Culinary Team Lead
Our prestigious Italian restaurant group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Culinary Team Lead to spearhead our kitchen operations.
This dynamic role involves collaborating with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other team members to ensure seamless kitchen management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing their designated section, guaranteeing high-quality dishes are prepared efficiently, and meeting stringent presentation and timing standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary skills, particularly in grilling, sauté, or sauce stations, as well as leadership qualities and a proactive, positive mindset. They will be able to work effectively under pressure during busy service periods and maintain a clean, well-organized, and efficient workstation at all times.
We require a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in modern European or Italian cuisine. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff in their section.
The selected candidate will also contribute to menu development and daily mise-en-place preparation while adhering to company and local regulations regarding proper hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in modern European or Italian cuisine.
- Strong culinary skills, particularly in grilling, sauté, or sauce stations.
