Volunteer Management Executive RoleThis challenging and rewarding position involves overseeing all aspects of volunteering within an organization.
You will be responsible for managing volunteers, developing partnerships, and evaluating volunteer performance. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Additionally, proficiency in Google Workspace applications is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Management: Identify, train, and manage a team of volunteers to support organizational objectives.
- Partnership Development: Foster relationships with community partners to enhance volunteering opportunities and services.
- Evaluation and Accreditation: Monitor, evaluate, and accredit volunteer performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of volunteers and partners, utilizing a database to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Program Planning: Develop and implement activities and programs to support residents' social needs, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
- Degree or Advanced Diploma: Hold a degree or advanced diploma in Social Work, Gerontology, or Service Sector disciplines.
- Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore.
- Community Partnership: Have hands-on experience in a community partnership role.
- Geriatrics and Community Services: Demonstrate good knowledge of geriatrics and community services.
- Sales Experience (Optional): Sales experience is welcome but not required.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Google Workspace applications is also essential.
