
Volunteer Management Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Volunteer Management Leader to spearhead our volunteer program.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and social work, with the ability to develop and execute strategies for recruiting and retaining committed volunteers.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing and implementing comprehensive volunteer administration systems, encompassing registration, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Oversight of end-to-end volunteer operations, ensuring seamless integration and coordination.
- Organizing and facilitating regular volunteer training sessions and engagement activities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Planning and managing logistics for volunteer events and programs, guaranteeing their success and effectiveness.
- Preparation of detailed reports, proposals, and submissions related to volunteer initiatives, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Maintenance and update of the volunteer database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and revision of volunteer policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Social Work, with relevant experience in volunteer management.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and concision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
- Comfortable working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
