Volunteer Management Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Volunteer Management Leader to spearhead our volunteer program.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and social work, with the ability to develop and execute strategies for recruiting and retaining committed volunteers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive volunteer administration systems, encompassing registration, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Oversight of end-to-end volunteer operations, ensuring seamless integration and coordination.
  • Organizing and facilitating regular volunteer training sessions and engagement activities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Planning and managing logistics for volunteer events and programs, guaranteeing their success and effectiveness.
  • Preparation of detailed reports, proposals, and submissions related to volunteer initiatives, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Maintenance and update of the volunteer database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and revision of volunteer policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Social Work, with relevant experience in volunteer management.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and concision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
