Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Your role will involve working closely with the Assistant Manager to provide courteous services to guests, responding efficiently and tactfully to their complaints, requests and enquiries.

You will also be required to liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures, establish contacts with house guests/ long staying guests and render assistance when necessary.

Additionally, you will make courtesy calls to guests, requisition and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations, and ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling and general enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional guest service and responding to complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Establishing relationships with house guests and long staying guests to provide personalized service
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Requirements
  • O-Level or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Willingness to travel to Sentosa
  • Positive attitude, outgoing personality and good communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous
