Nanyang Institute of Management PTE LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase student enrollment and revenue growth.
  • Identify high growth areas and expand our presence in Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a network of agents for student recruitment.
  • Establish partnerships with education institutions and colleges overseas.
  • Participate in local and overseas exhibitions, open houses, and road shows for agent and student recruitment.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Vice-President of Student Recruitment & Admissions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification.
  • 3 years of relevant working experience in student recruitment in an international private education industry.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication skills, and strong creativity.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders.
