Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Executive to join our team, focusing on recruiting students for our Executive MBA program. This role involves extensive pre-sales activities, primarily through phone outreach to book information sessions with prospective students.

Additionally, the Student Executive will support the recruitment team with marketing efforts, agent management, and other duties assigned by the Head of Student Recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a passion for sales, and be highly organized. This role is instrumental in driving lead generation and converting prospects into applicants for our prestigious Executive MBA program.

Job Description:

Pre-Sales Activities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach- through cold calling, warm leads, and other pre-sales outreach methods.
  • Scheduling Information Sessions- Book an information sessions per week with potential candidates, communicating the benefits and value propositions of the Executive MBA program.
  • Lead Qualification
  • CRM Management-update the CRM system with lead details, tracking communications and follow-ups

Marketing Support & Agent Management:

  • Event Collaterals: Assist in creating and managing marketing materials for recruitment events
  • Agent Management: Collaborate with external recruitment agents
  • Agent Pipeline: Track and manage the pipeline of student leads generated through agents and follow-ups process

Administrative Support which includes -Assisting the Head of Student Recruitment with various administrative tasks and special projects, reporting & analytics and collaboration with various departments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or recruitment, ideally in the education sector.
  • Proven ability to engage with prospective students/customers through cold calling and other pre-sales activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate the value of the Executive MBA program.
  • Proficient in managing and updating CRM systems
