As a Student Care Educator at SAGES ACADEMY STUDENT CARE PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for managing a class of 20-25 primary school students.
You will coach and guide students on school homework, spellings, and assessment worksheets, and mark their assessment worksheets.
You will also prepare and conduct learning activities and lessons in creative and engaging formats, and build a strong friendship with the students to positively impact their lives.
Additionally, you will support day-to-day centre activities and ad hoc events, communicate and update parents on children's progress, and maintain classroom discipline and safety protocols.
Other responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the classroom and centre.
Please note that school term working hours are Mon - Fri: 11am to 7pm / 7:30pm, and during school holidays, you will work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon).
This role requires excellent coaching, childcare, and classroom management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
