You'll manage high-value clients and grow existing accounts through relationship excellence and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and deepen trusted relationships with both new prospects and long-term clients.
- Drive business growth through proactive lead generation, upselling, and account expansion strategies.
- Serve as the senior point-of-contact and strategic advisor for key accounts.
- Lead the direction, development, and delivery of end-to-end integrated campaigns (events, media, creative).
- Partner with internal creative, production, and ops teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
- Translate client needs into actionable strategies that align with broader business goals.
- Oversee daily activity and output across the client servicing team and project teams.
- Streamline processes for improved efficiency, communication, and accountability across departments.
- Track internal and external KPIs to ensure consistent service excellence and project success.
