Senior Account Manager

The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive growth.

This role requires a strong understanding of the creative industry, with experience in managing retail and communication projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients in the design world, developing innovative solutions for big retailers, FMCG, health, and F&B brands.

This position involves:

  • Managing key client accounts and overseeing project execution
  • Mentoring junior team members to ensure consistency and quality
  • Reviewing and ensuring the quality of all project deliverables
  • Creating and maintaining project schedules to identify risks and track milestones
  • Participating in design thinking approaches and creating inspirational design presentations
  • Owning and managing client briefings to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Proposing trend analyses, conducting market research, and benchmarking competitor activity
  • Developing, negotiating, evaluating, and recommending creative proposals
