
Front Office Operations Manager

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will oversee the lobby operation and provide exceptional guest services. You will lead a team to ensure that guests are handled efficiently in all their needs.

- To oversee the lobby operation ensuring that guests are handled quickly and efficiently in all their needs.\Component
- To provide general management support throughout the hotel at all times by monitoring guest satisfaction, service standard, security, employee activity, physical defects with main focus on front office operation.\Component
- To co-ordinate with all operations department concerned in order to maintain front office function properly (defects room, room cleanliness).\Component
- To ensure that departmental standards, policies, and procedures are maintained.\Component
- To lead a team to respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.\Component
- To update incident reports for any critical incidents such as staff/guest injury and damage to hotel properties.\Component
- To attend to guests enquiries, problems, and complaints promptly, efficiently, and courteously to the satisfaction of guests and interest of the Hotel.\Component
- To check and ensure that the Front Office and public areas are clean, in-order and all operating equipment are in good working order.\Component
- To conduct and ensures the neat appearance of all Front Office team.\Component
- To participate in company's sustainability effort for the environment and being an inclusive employer.\Component

- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or other relevant qualification preferred.\Component
- Minimum 4 years related experience in a full-service hotel or mid-range hotel.\Component
- Commitment to work rotating shifts and any day including weekends and public holidays.\Component
- Great communication skills, ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties.\Component
- High attention to details.\Component
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\Component
