Job Title: Enterprise Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our APAC Sell-side Solutions Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sales of the suite of solutions under the Bloomberg MARS and BVAL OTC offering. You will work closely with clients and prospects to gain a clear understanding of their business needs, build strong relationships, and provide consultative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales engagement smoothly from beginning to end
  • Establish and execute a pipeline building strategy for your target market
  • Balance multiple engagements across the sales life-cycle
  • Use market, product, and technical expertise to identify and address client needs
  • Build relationships across client organizations to ensure that all stakeholders are managed appropriately as part of the sales process
  • Act as a subject matter expert in derivatives, valuations, risk management, and regulations
  • Produce clear, concise proposals and presentations that identify client needs, current workflows, proposed solutions, and commercials
  • Work with internal product teams to recommend enhancements to our range of client solutions
  • Collaborate across different product and sales teams to deliver the right suite of solutions for each client
  • Participate actively in new projects that drive departmental and firm-wide initiatives and goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services technology solutions sales where you have met or exceeded demanding targets
  • Demonstrable experience working with derivative products, gained from experiences as either a market participant, technology solutions support specialist, or sales specialist within the past 5 years
  • Demonstrated work experiences advising or adhering to regulatory requirements, with a strong understanding of sell-side and risk management workflows and concepts such as Credit Risk, Market Risk, XVA, VAR, etc.
  • Consultative sales approach and experience building relationships with senior-level customers
  • Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with other teams internally
  • Aptitude to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
  • Exemplary presentation and communication skills in English
  • A willingness to travel is essential. Our clients are located all over ASEAN
  • Bachelor's degree or degree-equivalent qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the Bloomberg Professional Service
  • Professional working proficiency of an additional Asian language
