Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales and service targets to meet business objectives
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Sales-driven experience in client servicing or account management to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and WhatsApp automation is an advantage but not required
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
