Job Title: Client Growth Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Growth Manager. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in client handling, performance mobile marketing, and programmatic advertising.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work closely with clients, drive revenue growth, and expand business across various verticals. As a Client Growth Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, monitoring campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present compelling insights to senior stakeholders. They will also possess a solid understanding of ad tech concepts, including MMPs, tracking links, postbacks, APIs, SDK integration, SKAN/ATT, DSPs, and SSPs/Exchanges.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of direct advertisers and agencies across diverse verticals.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize client campaigns with AdOps support to meet performance and ROI goals.
- Identify, recommend, and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities across Smadex's solutions (UA, retargeting, CTV).
- Serve as a proactive partner, anticipating client needs, resolving pain points, and establishing long-standing trust.
- Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase results, growth potential, and strategic recommendations.
- Negotiate billing confirmations and resolve disputes on a monthly basis.
- Actively participate in revenue forecasting and reporting.
- Maintain senior relationships within client organizations, particularly in SEA's largest app-focused companies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5 years of professional experience in client handling, with at least 2 years in performance mobile marketing and programmatic advertising.
- Prior DSP or programmatic advertising experience is required.
- Strong familiarity with the mobile app ecosystem, including UA, retargeting, agency landscapes, and suppliers.
- Solid understanding of ad tech concepts.
- Ability to solve first-degree technical issues and collaborate effectively with AdOps/tech teams.
- Proficiency in Excel (analysis and reporting).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Bahasa or Mandarin fluency is a strong plus.
- Persuasive negotiation skills and ability to present compelling insights to senior stakeholders.
- Professional presence with the confidence to build relationships at senior levels in client organizations.
This is a hybrid role combining office and home working, requiring a minimum of two days' office-based work. You must be legally authorized to work in Singapore or Manila (no visa sponsorship provided). Some travel will be required for client visits and industry events.
