Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and organizational fit for designated positions.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their unique recruitment needs and deliver customized hiring solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Build and manage a robust talent pipeline by leveraging networking, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to effectively advise and support clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment service delivery and achievement of performance targets.
  • Provide clients with regular progress updates, market insights, and actionable feedback.
  • Represent the organization as a brand ambassador within relevant professional communities.">

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, ideally within technical, operations, or related industries.
