Job Title: Growth Oriented Relationship Builder
This is a senior level position responsible for fostering strategic relationships with clients, driving business growth, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
About the Role:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Solicit RFPs for corporate accounts and leverage global support to drive sales.
- Liaise with regional offices to identify opportunities for securing corporate LNR accounts or residential groups.
- Source new accounts and service existing ones through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Analyze and evaluate sales opportunities to propose improvements and drive business objectives.
- Conduct site inspections to assess client needs and provide solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate sales opportunities and propose improvements.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives.
- Proficient in using technology and software applications to streamline sales processes.
