
Sales Leadership Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational leadership of the western regional sales team. Your primary objective is to maximize performance as measured by revenue growth, gross margin, and utilization improvement. You will be responsible for achieving EBITDA goals, team member engagement, and retention. Additionally, you will improve overall sales force effectiveness and productivity, develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and recruit and develop highly capable and engaged sales team members.
The role requires excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to manage budgets and reports. You must have a proven track record of achieving revenue and profit targets, exceptional client-facing skills, and strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills. You should also be energetic, innovative, and results-driven, with the ability to travel locally and nationally up to 75% annually.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:
- Recruit, develop, and maintain a motivated and competent team
- Drive performance through ongoing review and coaching of all sales activities
- Elevate team performance through knowledge sharing and team development
- Ensure adherence to sales governance and management processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You must have a college diploma in Sales or Marketing, with 5-7 years of sales management experience. Bilingualism in French and English is required, with excellent written and oral communication skills. You must also have high attention to detail, be highly organized, and able to multitask and communicate effectively. Experience in the automotive aftermarket parts and equipment industry is an asset.
