As a seasoned Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading a high-performing sales team. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans to drive market leadership, creating new business opportunities, and fostering superior customer loyalty.

  • Establishing and communicating Divisional plans and goals to maintain or increase market share, create new revenue streams, and ensure profitability.
  • Overseeing the yearly and monthly activities of the sales teams, supporting Business Unit Managers to achieve Divisional and Business Unit objectives in sales and profits, and continuously training, evaluating, and coaching the team toward achieving Divisional goals.
  • Setting and implementing divisional sales plans that are ambitious yet reasonable, striving for outstanding results.
  • Ensuring the Sales team completes all Tender & Sales agreements accurately and timely in compliance with company policies.
  • Responsible for Divisional business planning and expense budgeting to achieve sales targets and optimize return on investment.
  • Accountable for inventory targets set for the division, working closely with Supply Chain Management on pre-planning for new projects and businesses.
  • Driving Key Opinion Leaders network, alliances with customer groups, professional working bodies, manufacturers, strategic alliances, industry associations, suppliers, and vendors to promote goodwill and serve the company's interests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Marketing and/or Sales, Business, Science, Nursing, Medtech, or equivalent.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in medical device industries.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team with sustained high performance.
  • Recognized as an expert within the organization, both within and beyond own function, able to anticipate internal and/or external business challenges, recommend process, product, or service improvements.
  • Proven history in sales development and leadership qualities.
