Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Leader to spearhead our sales function and drive revenue growth. As the right individual, you will lead and manage a high-performing sales team, develop comprehensive sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and ensure client acquisition and deal closures are profitable.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team
  • Identifying new market opportunities and expanding our customer base
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring repeat business

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, project management, and finance, to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, preferably with an MBA. A minimum of 5 years of senior sales leadership experience in the real estate sector is essential, along with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
