Job Description

We are seeking a Centre Operations and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our centre-based services.

Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, handling inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly. You will also be responsible for managing client admissions and discharges, ensuring accurate updates to client records, and facilitating government subvention claims.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with our finance team to ensure transparent financial reporting, tracking of expenses, and accurate reconciliation of claims and petty cash. Your input as a process owner and key stakeholder will be invaluable in improving operational efficiency through process redesign and system enhancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front desk and backend administrative roles.
  • Experience in a healthcare or eldercare environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with government subvention schemes, financial systems, and procurement processes will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other vernacular languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach in dealing with elders and their families.
  • Strong team player able to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and experience with client record management systems.
