Job Title: Data Centre Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Centre Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced data centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for day-to-day operations in the data centre.
  • Assist with hardware inventory, RMA processes, and equipment tracking.
  • Monitor systems and ensure proper data handling and device disposal.
  • Liaise with vendors and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Follow security and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or data centre operations.
  • A strong understanding of basic IT hardware.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • CompTIA A+, Server+, or Network+ certifications.
  • Experience working in 24x7 environments or mobile app testing.
