Data Centre Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT support specialist to join our dynamic team in Data Centre Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day IT services in a fast-paced data centre environment.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Providing technical assistance and escalating issues as needed.
  • Managing hardware inventory, returns, and equipment tracking.
  • Maintaining systems and ensuring proper data handling and device disposal.
  • Collaborating with vendors and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • FOLLOWING security and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Ite Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of IT support or data centre experience.
  • Strong understanding of basic IT hardware.
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have:

  • CompTIA A+, Server+, or Network+ certifications.
  • Experience in 24x7 environments or mobile app testing.
