Data Centre Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating, maintaining and repairing critical equipment and systems in a 24x7 data centre environment.

  • Provide technical support to the data centre, ensuring optimal performance and availability of IT services.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to computer hardware, operating systems, applications and data centre facilities.
  • Maintain event monitoring systems to ensure service vendors meet agreed Service Levels.
  • Promote process improvement initiatives and projects within the data centre.

Requirements

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Able to perform shift duties and work under pressure.
