About Our Data Centre Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Data Centre Engineer. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 24x7 data centre, monitoring performance, and maintaining security compliance.
  • Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance, monitoring IT services, and escalating incidents related to computer hardware, operating systems, application systems, and data centre facilities.
  • The successful candidate will also support the reliability, availability, and performance of the event monitoring system to ensure service vendors meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Data Centre Experience Required

  • A minimum qualification of NITEC or Higher NITEC in IT or a related field is required.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in data centre operations or IT support is essential.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to adapt to shift duties are key requirements.
