Job Role: Data Centre Operations Manager

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centre facilities. Responsibilities include monitoring events for all infrastructure to ensure normal function, and coordinating maintenance and shutdowns with stakeholders.

Incident management and closure is also a key aspect of this role, including root cause analysis. You will liaise with internal and external customers to meet contractual service level agreements.

  • Diploma in Engineering or IT with at least 2 years of experience in DC Operations required.
  • Good knowledge of Data Centre Facilities and Operations Support as well as Data Centre Operations Best Practice essential.
  • Basic Certificate of Infocomm Technology and ITIL Foundation Level Certification preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team is crucial.
  • Multitasking and working under pressure are essential skills.
