We are seeking a skilled Data Centre Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our mission-critical systems.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the deployment and maintenance of on-site data centre hardware and cabling infrastructure
  2. Perform installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of physical IT components (e.g. cables, servers, hard drives)
  3. Manage inventory and asset tracking, including receiving/shipping and equipment movement using lifting tools
  4. Work within a ticketing system to manage and resolve IT support tasks effectively

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in handling technical equipment within a data centre
  • Fundamental understanding of computer hardware and network components
  • Physical ability to perform hands-on tasks including lifting and working at heights
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+ or Basic Structured Cabling (BSC) highly advantageous
