Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Presales / Solution Consultant to join our team. As a Presales / Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying business opportunities and developing solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Acumen
- Maintain awareness and stay up-to-date on our products, services, and solutions.
- Understand and communicate the benefits and advantages of our products and services over competitors.
- Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in performing fact-finding and discovery sessions with prospects and customers.
- Understand diverse business needs and recommend solutions to meet those needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations.
- Provide necessary documentation to support RFP, RFQ, and proposal processes.
- Marketing and Collaboration
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, sales literature, and website content.
- Prepare and participate in webinars and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to perform and participate in delivering key tasks, such as business process mapping sessions, business requirement documents, product/solution walkthroughs, and user training.
Requirements
- Education
- Degree or higher diploma in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience
- A minimum of three years of experience in a reputable ERP system, including one year of presales experience.
- NetSuite ERP experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Skills
- Solid understanding of two or more of the following business areas: finance and accounting, supply chain management, warehouse management, CRM, manufacturing, project management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- General understanding of different industries.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build professional relationships.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage.
