About the Role

  • Design and drive the implementation of consumer and SME loan collection strategies regionally, including workflow design, phone collection, site collection, legal procedures, outsourced management, and more.
  • Work closely with local teams to consolidate CRM system requirements and oversee implementation plans with Product/Development teams.
  • Monitor and manage Auto-Dialler systems, setting KPIs, monitoring reports, managing parameters, aligning call strategies, and initiating enhancements.
  • Study business operations and local markets to determine competitive outlooks.
  • Regularly communicate with local collection teams, travel to local markets, and provide advanced training.
  • Conduct data analysis, create UAT plans, monitor key performance indicators, present findings, and recommend actions to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Open to fresh graduates; candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience will be considered for experienced roles.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and solid experience in data management.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to steer analytics projects toward clear business goals, testable hypotheses, and action-oriented outcomes.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical experts, business partners, and executives.
  • Working experience in Retail Banking, Consumer Finance, e-Commerce, Consulting, Credit Ratings Agency is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or SAS is preferred.
