**About you**:

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage the Collections teams and have the ability to build up the processes and guidelines from ground up
- Manage written-off portfolio to meet the performance targets
- Contact customers to negotiate repayment and drive service standards
- To manage Consumer accounts (Secured & Unsecured) and formulating strategies for recovery action
- Engage the borrowers/ formulation of repayment plans and proper follow through in documentation for implementation and finally monitoring that plans are diligently complied
- To tactfully engage with customers who responded to their legal actions for loan recovery/collections

**What you possess**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of credit risk or Loan Recovery experience
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a Team Lead / Manager
- Call Centre experience would be advantageous
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Agile and adaptable, with ability to multi-task and cope well under pressure
