Main Responsibilities:

    • Monitor daily operations to maintain service excellence, efficiency, and adherence to hospital policies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and healthcare standards.
    • Oversee audits, inspections, and quality assurance programs to maintain the highest standards of food safety.
    • Implement corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, train, and supervise food service staff, promoting teamwork and a positive working culture.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and staff development programs.
    • Motivate and support staff to deliver excellent service under pressure.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with hospital administration and external service providers to align food service operations with patient care priorities.
    • Act as a key liaison between hospital management and catering teams, addressing service feedback and implementing improvements.
  • Financial Management:
    • Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation for food service operations.
    • Monitor vendor performance and manage procurement of food and beverage supplies.
    • Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with contractual obligations.
