Job Title: Strategic Lead, Performance Optimization

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Strategic Lead, Performance Optimization.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing robust marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve advertising effectiveness.

As a key member of our Planning and Measurement team, you will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to develop actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve advertising effectiveness.
  • Lead a team of professionals in developing and executing marketing plans that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather insights and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • 5 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc).
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.
