Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to lead our strategic capacity planning and optimization efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our manufacturing capacity, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and capacity planning. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as they will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in capacity planning, operations management, or strategic planning
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving business results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
