Capacity Optimization Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver with strong leadership skills? Do you enjoy driving performance and process improvement across global sites?
As a Lead Production Capacity Planner, you will be responsible for leading a planning team and developing mid to long term production capacity plans for 13 global sites.
You will ensure timely availability of production capacity to meet customer demand using good planning systems. This involves proactively engaging stakeholders to resolve demand forecast and supply risk issues.
- Develop and implement production capacity optimization strategies across global sites
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Generate management reports to drive performance gap closure
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Science / Business with minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Semiconductor industry
- Strong leadership experiences and excellent project management background
- Self-driven individual with strong business acumen and proactive approach to changing environments
- Excellent analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams from different countries with diverse cultures
