Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

We are looking for a Staff/ Senior Staff Specialist in our Automotive Supply Chain Management division to drive production capacity optimization as well as the implementation of agreed capacity utilization strategy.

In your new role you will:

- **Drive production capacity optimization **within and outside the respective division
- **Implementation of agreed capacity utilization strategy, **considering associate stock targets and cost
- Coordination of **demand and capacity planning **with the Business Demand Planner for the next 18 months as part of the monthly volume forecast
- **Support short-term capacity improvements **with production to optimize customer delivery performance
- **Managing and moderating coordination of production requirements **as part of the production program for the capacity groups allocated
- This includes **coordinating compliance **with the capacity available to the respective division
- Drive supply chain **digital transformation projects**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with minimum **5-8 years **of working experience in **supply chain management/production or resource planning**:

- Strong analytical thinking and detail-oriented
- Able to make independent and impartial decisions
- Excellent team player and communicator able to moderate and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Excel in the creation and presentation of management reports
- Good knowledge in **Tableau **will be an added advantage
