Job Title: Production Optimization Specialist
DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team as a Production Optimization Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production planning strategies to meet weekly target output and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze daily production operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting delivery schedules.
You will also be responsible for creating and implementing integrated systems for materials flow, production processes, inventory control, and human work factors.
In addition, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve best-in-class performance on cycle time and delivery.
The successful candidate will have a BSc in Physics, Chemistry, Applied Sciences, or a related field, and experience in manufacturing processes capacity planning, automation, scheduling, and cycle time management.
Other key qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and basic coding skills.
