Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Optimization Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading continuous improvement activities and projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost reduction in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve production workflows and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient manufacturing processes and tools.
• Conduct thorough analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on process optimization.
• Proficiency in SAP, MATLAB, and Statistics Process Control software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
