Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Strategic Business Optimization Lead . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business analysis activities, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with PDPA regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement. They will also demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The role will involve:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements through thorough research and data analysis
  • Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Developing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Overseeing the implementation of solutions to address business needs
  • Identifying gaps in current processes and systems, and developing strategies to mitigate risks associated with PDPA compliance

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. They will also have 12-15 years of IT work experience, including 8-10 years in managing complex projects at an enterprise level.
