Job Title: Strategic Product Optimizer

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills, who can drive process improvements and synergies across multiple product lines.

  • Drive higher cross-product bundling amongst fixed broadband, mobile, and digital content products to enhance value-added service adoption and improve internal processes.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen our bundling strategy, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize and streamline business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, network, and order processing teams.
  3. Work closely with product teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and profitability.
  4. Identify and prioritize process improvements, working closely with relevant teams to ensure successful implementation.
  5. Ensure effective communication of process changes and improvements to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in marketing/business domain.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in process mapping and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
