Job Overview:

Production Leadership Role:
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee daily rubber molding operations across multiple work centers.
  • Execute machine setup procedures, ensuring correct mold configurations in line with BOM and work instructions.
  • Monitor and maintain production KPIs, including cycle time, downtime, mold changeover efficiency, and yield.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Enforce adherence to quality standards through regular checks on product specifications and tolerances.
  • Develop, assess, and refine molding and peeling processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Oversee production routing and perform accurate production costing.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as IHRP-CP, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are advantageous.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Product Development:

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve product design, manufacturing processes, and overall efficiency.

Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory levels, track usage, and minimize waste to ensure optimal resource utilization.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Results-Oriented:

  • Meet production targets, manage costs, and achieve business objectives.
