Production Optimization Specialist

The Production Optimization Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, including scheduling, workflows, capacity planning, and quality yield.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience in implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence. Knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and standards is essential. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferable.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities, including scheduling, workflows, capacity planning, and quality yield.
  • Ensure efficient production operations by supervising staff and fostering optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and timely delivery of products.
  • Evaluate existing processes and equipment, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduate is welcomed.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and standards.
  • Knowledge in data visualization tool such as power BI or tableau is preferable.
