Factory Production Manager

The Factory Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in production to ensure optimal product quality and efficiency.

This includes managing end-to-end production activities for a variety of products through effective use of manpower, material, machine, method, and ensuring a safe working environment in the factory.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and build a strong production team to increase productivity and efficiency.

In addition, they will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production output and performance reports to management and monitoring overall production output levels.

  • Manage the overall production flow to ensure daily productivity outputs are met in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all machines.
  • Minimize unplanned/unscheduled maintenance activity.
  • Develop new ideas to enhance production productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall production process from start to finish to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.

Manage and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production capacity.

Collaborate with other departments such as Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse to solve outstanding issues and improve overall efficiency.

Ensure all team members follow factory operations procedures, processes, and compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent in Food/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in F&B production.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
