Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency gains, and developing effective solutions to complex problems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, contribute to the development of new products, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Process Planning: Develop and implement process plans to optimize manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards.
  • Fixture and Gauge Design: Design and develop fixtures and gauges to support manufacturing processes, maintaining high levels of accuracy and precision.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Implement Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, improve flow, and maximize value stream efficiency.
  • Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing Methodologies: Apply Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodologies to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall manufacturing performance.
