Industrialization Specialist

As a key contributor to our manufacturing operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and optimizing resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering support for layout and process/material flow to drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs through strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Conduct cost estimate studies for new products to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify opportunities for resource optimization.
  • Establish work standards, routing, and implement LEAN methodologies during new manufacturing lines setup.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
  • Plan and set up manufacturing lines, including tracking of capital expenditures.
Requirements:
  • At least a degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electronics manufacturing or similar applications.
